EMPLOYEE BONUS REFERRAL POLICY
Any active employee of Knowledge Management, Inc can refer a candidate towards an open position at the company. If the candidate is hired and remains on the company’s payroll for a minimum of three months from the date of hire, the referring employee shall be paid a sum of $500.00 as a referral bonus. If the hired candidate leaves before a period of three months, voluntarily or through an involuntary termination, no referral bonus shall be paid. There is no limit on the number of referrals an employee can make, nor is there a limit on the number of referral bonuses that can be collected, so long as the criteria laid out by the Employee Bonus Referral Policy are met.
